I have X Type 2.2 Diesel Estate 07 84k miles. Towing caravan recently and noticed that it wasn't pulling as well as normal. Changed down a gear to go up incline and it made no difference. Changed the oil cooler thermostat today to try and cure my cool running ( 74 degrees as measured in the test function) x type 2.2 as suggested on the forum.
